Ingredients
- 0.25 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Sesame oil
- 16 oz. Broccoli, raw
- 1 tsp. ground Ginger root, raw
- 0.75 tbsp. Sesame seeds, whole, dried
- 1 tbsp. Soy sauce made from soy and wheat shout
- 1 FL oz. Sake
Cooking Directions
- Take a large skillet; add broccoli, soy sauce, sake, ginger, oil and 0.25 cup of water. Cover and leave to simmer over medium flame.
- Steam for just 4 minutes or until broccoli is tender and a bit green in color. Dust with salt and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
