Today’s rushing lifestyle makes it impossible to maintain a healthy meal plan and stick to it. Most of the time we eat on what is available basis. This strategy leaves the body exposed to health risks. Usually people adopt healthy eating habits after suffering from any illness or specific health condition such as obesity or malnutrition. Eating without realization creates health issues which could turn to diseases later. The overall health and growth of any living being depends on the food they get.

Food is the only source to provide proper nutrition that is needed for growth and functioning of the body. Healthy food assists in development of body, enhances body functions and prevents from illnesses. All, from a child to an adult, are in need of a balanced, healthy diet for a fit and longer life. People usually know about healthy eating habits but only a few follow them particularly.

It is impossible to grow and function properly without getting adequate nutrients. Food nutrients provide the fuel to the cells overall the body to work and develop. People are defenseless against bacteria and viruses to disease if not getting what is essential to boost immunity. The fat reserves of the body offer energy that is required for performing both mental and physical tasks.

Include a lot of fresh and raw vegetables and fruits and dairy product in the daily diet.
