And lastly, Vegan diet excludes meat, poultry, seafood, eggs, dairy products and food that contain these products.  It depends on you which of these vegetarian diets you will follow.

To achieve any healthy diet it is important that you balance and plan your meals properly in order for you to meet the nutritional needs of your body. Everything should be well balanced and well prepared so that you will not feel deprived despite of the kind of diet regimen you are following.
